Visions International is more than a design and construction management firm. We support faith-based and commercial development projects with experienced leadership, strategic planning, and disciplined execution. Our team is led by Dwayne D. Lockman, Sr. (CEO), Roger L. Barnes, CPA, MBA (CFO), and James Hoffler (Architect) who provides in-house design and architectural services. With over 50 years of combined experience, we bring a structured, faith-sensitive, results-driven approach to project planning, design coordination, budgeting, and construction oversight helping leaders make wise decisions early so they can move with confidence later.
